अटल नवप्रवर्तन मिशन

अटल नवप्रवर्तन मिशन (एआईएम) नीति आयोग द्वारा देश की लंबाई और चौड़ाई में नवाचार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक प्रमुख पहल है, जो आने वाले वर्षों में भारत के नवाचार और उद्यमशीलता की जरूरतों पर एक विस्तृत अध्ययन और विचार-विमर्श पर आधारित है।

AIM

एआईएम को एक अम्ब्रेला नवाचार संगठन के रूप में भी परिकल्पित किया गया है जो नवाचार नीतियों के संरेखण में केंद्रीय, राज्यीय और क्षेत्रीय नवप्रवर्तन योजनाओं के बीच महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा, विभिन्न स्तरों- माध्यमिक विद्यालय, विज्ञान, इंजीनियरिंग और उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थान, और एसएमई / एमएसएमई उद्योग, कॉर्पोरेट और एनजीओ स्तर पर नवाचार और उद्यमिता के पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र की स्थापना और संवर्धन को प्रोत्साहित करेगा।

एआईएम के दीर्घकालिक लक्ष्यों जिसमें एसएमई/ एमएसएमई/ स्टार्टअप के लिए राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर (एआईएम एसबीआईआर) लघु व्यवसाय नवाचार अनुसंधान और विकास की स्थापना और प्रोत्साहन तथा राष्ट्रीय सामाजिक-आर्थिक जरूरतों के अनुरुप, देश के प्रमुख अनुसंधान संस्थानों में विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी नवप्रवर्तनों का कायाकल्प शामिल है, जैसे- सीएसआईआर (वैज्ञानिक औद्योगिक अनुसंधान परिषद्), कृषि अनुसंधान (आईसीएआर) और चिकित्सा अनुसंधान (आईसीएमआर)।

एआईएम ने अपने उद्देश्यों की प्राप्ति के लिए एक समग्र ढाँचा अपनाया है।

These ATLs are dedicated innovation workspaces of 1200-1500 square feet where do-it-yourself (DIY) kits on latest technologies like 3D Printers, Robotics, Internet of Things (IOT), Miniaturized electronics are installed using a grant of Rs 20 Lakhs from the government so that students from Grade VI to Grade XII can tinker with these technologies and learn to create innovative solutions using these technologies.

To date, 2441 schools have already been selected for ATL Grants and by the end of 2018 over 5000 schools are expected to be operational.

अटल इनक्यूबेटर्स - विश्वविद्यालयों और उद्योग में उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए

At the university, NGO, SME and Corporate industry levels, AIM is setting up world-class Atal Incubators (AICs) that would trigger and enable successful growth of sustainable startups in every sector /state of the country. Women led incubators and entrepreneurial startups are strongly encouraged by AIM.

AIM is providing a grant of upto Rs 10 crores to successful applicants for setting up greenfield incubators or scaling up existing ones. To date 19 Atal Incubators have been selected. Before the end of 2018-19 we would have 50+ Atal Incubators operational.
